Cancellation policy

This cancellation policy applies to KXCE monthly coaching subscriptions. Your selected coaching plan is billed monthly as shown on the product page and at checkout.

You may manage or cancel your subscription using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellation stops future renewals. If you cannot access that link, email kxcegames@gmail.com for help with the next steps.

Coaching charges are nonrefundable, including charges for unused reviews or services. Cancellation does not create a prorated refund for charges already paid. See the Refund Policy for full details.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund or cancellation right that cannot legally be excluded.
